This integrated approach is essential for industrial applications where process downtime can result in significant financial loss, such as in semiconductor fabrication, photovoltaic manufacturing, and continuous chemical processing.
The system begins with the Automatic Gas Switchover, which monitors cylinder or bulk source pressures. When a primary source reaches a pre-set low level, the system automatically transitions to a standby source without dropping line pressure or contaminating the stream. This ensures that downstream tools receive a constant supply of gas 24/7. Once switched, the gas is routed through the VMB, where it is branched into multiple, independently regulated “gas sticks.”
Constructed from electropolished 316L stainless steel, both the switchover and the VMB maintain strict UHP standards to prevent particle entrapment. The integration of PLC-controlled automation allows for remote monitoring of the entire supply chain, from the gas cabinet to the final process tool. By pairing automated supply redundancy with precise point-of-use distribution, these integrated solutions provide the safety, purity, and operational efficiency required for modern high-tech industrial infrastructure.
